Exclusive Holiday Apartment in Sehmatal-Cranzahl

The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building dating back to 1902. The 127 m2 apartment served as the town hall for the community from 1917 to 2005.

From the entrance area, you enter the spacious kitchen with a dining area for up to 8 people, making it the ideal place for social gatherings. Passing the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower featuring a rain showerhead, two sinks, and a toilet, you reach the living room. On the large corner sofa, you can comfortably enjoy a shared TV or game night. From the living room you have access to the large balcony with seating and a great view of the village and the surrounding countryside.
A garden is available for shared use, e.g. for barbecuing (charcoal grill). Outside the property, on the opposite side of the street, there is a large playground for children.

Three separate bedrooms and an additional sitting room provide ample space for sleeping and relaxation. From the sitting room with a sofa bed and an additional TV, you access two bedrooms, each with a 180×200 double bed, wardrobe, and reading chair. One room with two 90×200 single beds is directly accessible from the hallway.

During the renovation of the spacious and light-filled apartment in the old town hall of Cranzahl, emphasis was placed on using natural materials and creating a good indoor climate. Clay plaster on the walls, doors made of larch wood, and herringbone parquet flooring give the apartment its unique character. The restrained furnishings focus largely on natural materials, with furniture made of reclaimed wood, imperfect individual pieces, minimalist decor, and natural colors defining the „Wabi-Sabi“ interior style.

We offer our guests keyless access to the apartment. Other highlights include a modern entertainment system, 4k TV devices, and Wi-Fi.
