CHECK-IN
Check-in is generally possible from 4 pm onwards. If available, an early check-in can be requested upon inquiry. Access to the apartment is provided via a door code, and key handover is not necessary. The door code will be sent via email two days before arrival.
BY CAR
Coming from the north, take the A72 until the Stollberg West exit and then drive towards Annaberg-Buchholz. At the roundabout in Elterlein, take the direction towards Schlettau, and then turn right towards Sehma below the level crossing in Schlettau. Once you arrive in Sehma, turn right onto Karlsbader Straße, which leads to Cranzahl.
BY BUS AND TRAIN
By train, you can travel to Chemnitz main station and then take the train to Cranzahl. It is only about 350 meters from there to the apartment.
We are happy to provide you with a baby high chair free of charge upon request. The high chair is suitable for toddlers up to approximately 2 years old.

You do not need to bring your own baby crib. We are happy to provide you with a baby travel crib free of charge upon request. This is suitable for toddlers up to approximately 2 years old. Please note that you will need to bring your own bedding, including a blanket and pillow for your baby.

A bakery is located directly across the street on the other side.
Opening hours: Tue-Thu: 6:30am – 12:30pm and 2:00pm – 5:00pm, Fri: 6:30am – 5:00pm, Sat: 6:00am – 10:00am. Closed on Sundays & Mondays.
You can find a branch of the Roscher bakery at Karlsbader Str. 41 (Mon-Fri: 6:00am – 6:00pm, Sat: 6:00am – 11:00am). They also have a branch of the Bergelt butcher shop. A small selection of lunch dishes is offered on weekdays from 11am-1:30pm.
We provide you with bed linen and towels for your stay. A change of linen during your stay is only possible upon request and for a fee. The number of towels we provide is usually sufficient for a normal stay.
Cranzahl can be reached by both bus and train. The bus stop is located in close proximity to the vacation rental. The Cranzahl train station is only 350 meters away.

The apartment is equipped with an automatic door locking system. You will receive access to the apartment with an individual door code, which is valid for the duration of your stay. We will send you the door code via email two days before your arrival.
The apartment door can be manually locked from the inside by pressing the button on the door locking system, and from the outside using the < button on the keypad. The door code is valid for both the main entrance door and the apartment door.
A fire extinguisher is located in the large right kitchen cabinet at the door to the hallway.

If you have taken anything out, please let us know so that we can replace it.
Our modern radiators are heated by an in-house wood-burning stove and a pellet stove. We ask that you use these resources responsibly and lower the temperature when airing out the apartment or when leaving.
We do not have a radio or record player, but we do have a smart home entertainment system.
There is a Google Mini in almost every room, which can be controlled by voice commands. In the living room and kitchen, there is a Google Hub, which can be controlled using the display. You can listen to your favorite radio station or stream music via Spotify using this system.
In addition, our TVs are equipped with Google Chromecast.
To ensure that everyone can feel comfortable, we kindly ask you to observe the house rules. These are binding and an integral part of the rental agreement. You can find the house rules here.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay.
Dishwasher, Nespresso capsule machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob and oven, as well as crockery, cutlery and the most important cleaning materials and vacuum cleaner.
Cleaning materials can be found in the large kitchen cabinet.
In the kitchen you will also find a fire extinguisher and the first aid kit.
You can listen to music through the Google entertainment system. You can listen to the radio or stream your favorite music from the Spotify library.
You can also receive radio broadcasts through the smart TV.
There are free private parking spaces directly in front of the house.
There is also a small public parking lot located opposite at the corner of Turnerheimstrasse.
A dog can be brought along on request. The decision on this is up to the landlord, taking it with you cannot be guaranteed. Dogs may only be brought into the apartment under certain conditions. The dog must not be left alone in the apartment, must be housebroken and may not sit on the bed or on the sofa. The dog must be cleaned before entering the apartment. We charge an additional fee.
The nearest pharmacy is located only a few hundred meters away from the apartment.

Smoking is not allowed in the hallway or inside the apartment.

You have a 55-inch HDTV in the living room and a 43-inch HDTV in the guest room at your disposal. Both are capable of 4K and HDR+.
Our TVs are also equipped with Google Chromecast.
As the house does not have a cable or satellite connection, you have access to the usual TV programs and additional TV channels through the „O2-TV“ app via the internet connection.
Waste is separated into plastic and packaging (yellow), cardboard (blue), and general waste (black).
The trash cans are located down the driveway under the entrance to the house.
